• Database snapshots are retained for daily for 7 days, weekly for 4 weeks, and monthly for 6 months.
• File revisions are stored permanently and can be restored at any time.

• Servers are bonded for 3 years via prepayment ensuring system availability in the event of loss of funding.
• In conjunction with NASA, data will be archived for a minimum of 20 years in the event that ODR no longer hosts data.
• Public datasets will remain visible in read-only mode for 3 years after contracts end.

• All data are hosted on high-availability servers located in the US
